Contraindications

• This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components, active peptic ulcers, or severe hepatic or renal impairment.

• It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of allergic reactions such as asthma, urticaria or skin rash after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.

Other Medications to Avoid

• Aceclofenac + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen + Trypsin-Chymotrypsin may interact with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (eg., ibuprofen and naproxen), corticosteroids (eg., prednisone, dexamethasone), anticoagulants (eg., warfarin and heparin), cardiac glycosides (eg., digoxin, digitoxin).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of this medication may lead to liver damage from paracetamol, gastric ulceration from aceclofenac, and allergic reactions from trypsin and chymotrypsin. If you suspect an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

• If you miss a dose of this medication, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.

Management of Side Effects

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve after discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• If you experience stomach discomfort after taking this medicine, try taking it with food or milk.

• Drink plenty of fluids to help manage any potential diarrhoea or nausea.

Use in Driving and Operating Machinery

• This medication may cause dizziness or sleepiness. If you feel affected, avoid driving or operating heavy machinery.
