Contraindications

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of Amoxicillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus may lead to severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or skin rash. If suspected of overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

• If you have missed a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. Never try to compensate for the missed dose by taking an extra dose.

Management of Side Effects

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• Taking the medication with food can help reduce common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and stomach discomfort.

• If you experience mild skin rash or itching, use cool compresses.

Use in Driving and Operating Machinery

• Amoxicillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus may cause dizziness. This could affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid such activities if you experience these symptoms after taking the medicine.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

• This combination is generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, always consult your doctor before taking any medication while pregnant or nursing.

Caution in Other Conditions

• Caution should be exercised in patients with kidney disease or liver disease while using this combination. Also, individuals with a history of intestinal diseases like colitis (digestive disease that involves inflammation of colon), weak immune systemsor short bowel syndrome should use this medicine with caution.
