Armodafinil can interact with strong CYP3A4/5 inhibitors (like ketoconazole and itraconazole), hormonal contraceptives (like ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone) and CYP2C19 substrates (such as omeprazole, diazepam, propranolol and phenytoin).
