Contraindications

Other Medications To Avoid With This Medicine

• This combination is not advisable and should be avoided in patients taking levodopa because pyridoxine can counteract the effects of levodopa. Additionally, there is a risk of heightened bleeding when pyridoxine interacts with anticoagulants such as Aspirin, Heparin, and Clopidogrel.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• This combination is water-soluble, and any excess vitamins are eliminated through urine. Therefore, the likelihood of an overdose is extremely rare. 
• If you forget to take this combination, take it as soon as you remember. But avoid repeating the dose.

• This combination does not affect your driving ability or operate heavy machinery.
