• This medicine is meant for adults and children above 12 years.

Contraindications

• Cetirizine + Paracetamol + Phenylephrine is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to any of the components of the combination and in patients with existing heart issues, hypertension, overactive thyroid, or taking antidepressants like phenelzine and isocarboxazid.

Other Medications To Avoid With This Medicine

• Cetirizine + Paracetamol + Phenylephrine may interact with blood thinners (like warfarin and aspirin), antibiotics (such as chloramphenicol), cholesterol-lowering medications (like cholestyramine), anti-sickness drugs (such as domperidone and metoclopramide), anti-allergic medications (like diphenhydramine), stomach acid reducers (such as pantoprazole), and antidepressants (like isocarboxazid, rasagiline, linezolid, and tranylcypromine).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdose of this medicine may cause harmful side effects. Contact your doctor if you take more than you should. 
• If you forget to take this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. In case, it is time for the next dose, skip the previous dose and continue with the next dose.

• Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

Use In Driving And Operating Machinery

• This medication may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid heavy work while you are on it.

• This medicine is not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Caution In Other Conditions

• Patients suffering from Raynaud’s phenomenon, or who have heart, kidney or liver problems, and alcohol dependence should exercise caution when taking this medicine.
