• This medicine may interact with antidepressants (eg., selegiline and phenelzine), sympathomimetic amines (eg., phenylephrine and epinephrine), antihypertensives (eg., lisinopril and amlodipine), sedatives (eg., diazepam and zolpidem), and tranquillizers (eg., diazepam and alprazolam).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdose of Cetirizine + Pseudoephedrine can lead to symptoms like anxiety, hallucinations, convulsions, rapid heartbeat, hypertension, and a high body temperature. If you suspect an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.
• If you miss a dose of this medication, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Avoid doubling the doses.
