Age and Dose Restrictions

Contraindications

• Patients currently taking Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) or within two weeks of discontinuing such medication should not use this combination.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of this medication can cause serious symptoms such as rapid heartbeat or palpitations, severe dizziness, trouble breathing, or seizures. If such symptoms occur, seek immediate medical attention.

• If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.

Management of Side Effects

• Most side effects are temporary and will cease once the medication is discontinued. However, you should immediately consult your doctor if you experience serious side effects or your symptoms worsen.
