• It is advised against using certain medications, including antihistamines such as cetirizine, fluticasone, and diphenhydramine, beta-Blockers and Other antihypertensives like debrisoquine, guanethidine, reserpine, and methyldopa, tricyclic antidepressants like amitriptyline, ergot alkaloids like ergotamine and methylsergide, alcohol, hypnotics, anxiolytics, sedatives, opioid analgesics, and neuroleptics. Prior to taking any prescription or over-the-counter medicines, it is imperative to consult your doctor.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of this medication may cause symptoms like confusion, decreased heart rate, and high blood pressure. If you observe these symptoms, inform your doctor and follow the advice accordingly.
