Contraindications

• Clindamycin + Clotrimazole + Tinidazole may interact with anticoagulants (such as warfarin), certain blood pressure medications (like nifedipine), immunosuppressants (for example, cyclosporine and tacrolimus), and CYP3A4 inducers (such as rifampin).

Overdose and missed dose

• Overdose is unlikely with normal intravaginal use of Clindamycin + Clotrimazole + Tinidazole. However, for tablet use, symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and abdominal pain. Seek emergency medical attention immediately.
• If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember, but avoid double dosing.

Management of side effects

Most side effects, such as vulvovaginal irritation, discharge, or nausea, will reduce once the treatment is completed. However, if any severe side effects are experienced or if any symptoms worsen, consult your doctor immediately.

• Drinking plenty of fluids may help manage minor side effects such as nausea.

Use in driving and operating machinery

• This medicine is unlikely to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery as it is administered intravaginally.
