• The combination of Collagen Peptide + Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate + Vitamin C / Ascorbic Acid can be taken orally as oral (tablets, capsules, or powders), intra-articularly (injected directly into the joint) and topically (creams and gels).

Age and Dose Restrictions

• This combination is suitable for adults and children above the age of 12 years.

Contraindications

• This combination is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to Collagen, Mucopolysaccharides, or Vitamin C.
• It should also be avoided by patients with bleeding disorders or uncontrolled bleeding and those with Glucose-6-phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency.

Other Medications to Avoid

• This combination may interact with anticoagulants (such as warfarin), antiplatelet medications (like aspirin) and tetracycline antibiotics (like doxycycline and minocycline).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Excessive intake of this combination may lead to symptoms like diarrhoea, nausea, stomach cramps, headache. If you suspect an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.
• If a dose is missed, you can take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.
