• Overdose of Magaldrate + Oxetacaine + Simethicone may lead to symptoms like constipation, nausea and vomiting, stomach pain and muscle weakness. Seek emergency medical help in case of overdose.

• If you forget to take a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• For those who suffer from nighttime reflux or heartburn, elevating the head of the bed by 6-8 inches can help prevent acid from flowing back into the oesophagus while sleeping.

• Both smoking and alcohol can irritate the lining of the stomach and oesophagus, contributing to acidity and gas. Reducing or eliminating these habits can improve the efficacy of the medication.
