Contraindications

• Metoclopramide + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen may interact with anticholinergic medications (e.g., dicyclomine and propantheline), medications that delay gastric emptying like opioids (e.g., tramadol), antocoagulants (e.g., warfarin), anticonvulsants (e.g., carbamazepine, hydantoins), antibiotics (e.g., isoniazid, or platelet inhibitory agents (e.g., sulfinpyrazone).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Excessive intake of Metoclopramide + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen may intensify adverse effects such as extrapyramidal reactions (involuntary, uncontrollable movements), drowsiness, disorientation, and seizures. In case of an overdose, immediate medical attention should be sought.

• If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. However, avoid taking a double dose to make up for the missed one.

Management of Side Effects
