Overdose and Missed Dose

Caution in Other Conditions

• Patients with moderate hepatic impairment should exercise caution when taking Rucaparib. Dose adjustments may be necessary.

• Patients with renal impairment should also proceed with caution as the effects of Rucaparib have not been studied extensively in this group.
