• Sildenafil is intended for use by adults and children over one year of age when prescribed by a doctor.

Contraindications

• It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Sildenafil. It is also contraindicated in patients with pulmonary veno-occlusive disease, stomach ulcer, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, patients who had a heart attack, heart failure, angina, irregular heartbeat, stroke, chest pain, high or low blood pressure, high cholesterol, bleeding disorder, blood circulation problems, blood cell problems such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia, eye disease or diabetes.

Other Medications To Avoid With This Medicine

• Avoid taking nitrates (isordil) with Sildenafil. It may affect the safety and effectiveness of Sildenafil.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• In case you accidentally take an overdose of this medication and experience severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor. Strict adherence to the prescribed dose is essential.
• If you miss a dose of Sildenafil, take it as soon as you remember. But, if the next dose is near, skip the missed dose and resume the regular dosing regime.

Use In Driving And Operating Machinery

• Using Sildenafil may result in dizziness and blurred vision. Hence, it's recommended to operate vehicles or machinery only when fully alert.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

• Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Caution In Other Conditions

• Caution is advised if you have to undergo surgery, or dental treatment.
