HomoChek Capsule is beneficial for managing the following health conditions:

• Prevention and management of vitamin B12, folic acid, and vitamin B6 deficiencies

• Support in managing megaloblastic anaemia due to vitamin B12 or folate deficiency

• Prevention of neural tube defects in unborn children during pregnancy

• Management of homocystinuria or hyperhomocysteinaemia conditions

• Assistance in managing peripheral neuropathy due to vitamin B12 deficiency

• Supportive role in managing certain metabolic disorders, such as pyridoxine-dependent epilepsy.

Here's how you should take HomoChek Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Do not chew or crush the capsule.

• It's crucial not to exceed the recommended dose unless your doctor advises you otherwise.

HomoChek Capsule contains three active ingredients that work together to support various bodily functions:

• Cyanocobalamin / Vitamin B12 (400 mcg): This synthetic form of vitamin B12 acts as a cofactor for enzymes involved in amino acid metabolism and fatty acid synthesis in our body. It's essential for the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system, as well as for the formation of red blood cells and DNA synthesis.

• Folic Acid / Vitamin B9 (1 mg): Folic acid is crucial for cell growth and division, red blood cell formation, and proper fetal development. It plays a major role in DNA synthesis, repair, methylation and homocysteine metabolism.

• Vitamin B6 / Pyridoxine (10 mg): Involved in numerous metabolic processes including neurotransmitter synthesis and red blood cell formation. It’s essential for protein and glucose metabolism, mood regulation, sleep patterns, cognitive functions and immune system function.

Store HomoChek Capsule at a comfortable room temperature of 15-30°C.

• If you're dealing with anaemia due to vitamin B12 or folate deficiency, increase your intake of foods rich in these vitamins. These include animal products like meat and dairy, or fortified foods for vitamin B12, and green leafy vegetables or legumes for folate.

• To manage conditions like peripheral neuropathy, adopt a balanced diet full of whole grains, lean protein, fruits and vegetables to support overall nerve health. Regular light exercises like walking can also help improve symptoms.
