Tendofirm Capsule is used for the following:

• Management of osteoarthritis

• Providing support for joints

• Promoting cartilage health

• Improving joint mobility

Follow these instructions while taking Tendofirm Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the capsule.

• The capsule can be taken on an empty stomach or as advised by your doctor.

• For better results, continue taking this medicine consistently for at least 23 months or as recommended by your doctor.

Tendofirm Capsule is taken orally.

Tendofirm Capsule contains three active ingredients:

• Collagen (200 mg): This major structural protein strengthens connective tissues like cartilage, bones, tendons, and ligaments. By stimulating the production of collagen and other components in cartilage, it supports joint health. Its anti-inflammatory properties can help manage joint pain.

• Chondroitin Sulfate (100 mg): As a glycosaminoglycan (GAG), a component of cartilage matrix, chondroitin sulfate helps maintain the structure and elasticity of cartilage by retaining water molecules. It inhibits enzymes that degrade cartilage and exhibits antiinflammatory properties, which can reduce joint pain and slow osteoarthritis progression.

• Hyaluronic Acid (75 mg): This naturally occurring GAG found in synovial fluid helps reduce friction on cartilage surfaces by maintaining the fluid's viscoelastic properties.
