Astyfer XT Tablet is used for the following:

• Prevention and management of nutritional deficiency anaemia

• Supporting red blood cell production for proper oxygen transport

• Boosting brain health and nerve myelination

• Aiding the growth and repair of damaged tissues

• Promoting body tissue growth and immunity enhancement

• Maintaining optimal health by preventing deficiency-related complications

Follow these instructions while taking Astyfer XT Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• The tablet can be taken with or without food.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

• Do not take more than the recommended dose, which is usually one tablet per day, unless your doctor advises you otherwise.

Astyfer XT Tablet contains several active ingredients:

• Elemental Iron (100 mg): This ingredient replenishes iron stores and supports haemoglobin production, which is essential for oxygen transport throughout your body.

• Folic Acid (1.5 mg): Folic acid supports red blood cell production ensuring a proper supply of oxygen to various body parts.

• Methylcobalamin (1 mg): This active form of vitamin B12 supports brain health, nerve myelination and red blood cell production.

• L-Histidine (4 mg): L-Histidine helps with growth, repair of damaged tissues and production of blood cells.

• L-Lysine (25 mg): As a building protein, L-Lysine is vital for growth, development and immunity.

• Glycine (10 mg): Glycine helps build proteins required for tissue maintenance and hormone production.

• Vitamin B6 / Pyridoxine (1.5 mg): It is involved in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism as well as creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters.

• If you're managing iron deficiency anaemia with Astyfer XT Tablet, ensure your diet contains plenty of iron-rich foods like spinach, red meat, and lentils.

• Since this tablet also helps manage vitamin B6 deficiency, try eating more vitamin B6-rich foods such as bananas, fish, or potatoes.
