Clearz Plus Cream 15gm

Clearz Plus Cream is used for the treatment of:

• Skin lightening
• Melasma (brown to grey-brown patches on the face)
• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Freckles
• Age spots

• Wash your hands thoroughly with water.
• Take the right amount of Clearz Plus Cream. The correct amount of cream can be measured by fingertip, where one fingertip is one unit. 
• Gently rub the correct amount of cream into the skin until it’s not visible to the naked eye. You should apply the cream as per the doctor's direction. 

Clearz Plus Cream is to be applied externally only on the skin.

Clearz Plus Cream contains the following components:

• Kojic acid (2%): It is a skin whitening agent that works by prevention and formation of tyrosine through the inhibition of an enzyme called tyrosinase. Tyrosine acts as a precursor for melanin. Melanin is a pigment (colouring agent) responsible for skin colour. It also clears the free radicals inside the body responsible for the ageing process. 
• Ascorbic acid (2.5%): It is also known as Vitamin C, which is an antioxidant that acts to protect the skin against reactive oxygen species generated by exposure to sunlight. It reduces free radicals based on both oxygen and nitrogen and, therefore, delays the ageing process.

• Store Clearz Plus Cream at room temperature (15-15ºC).
• Please protect Clearz Plus Cream from light and moisture.
• Keep Clearz Plus Cream away from children.
• Do not use this cream after the expiry date has passed.

• Use mild, fragrance-free cleansers and avoid harsh soaps or hot water, which can exacerbate skin dryness and irritation.
• Apply a hypoallergenic and fragrance-free moisturizer to lock in moisture and prevent dryness and scaling.
• Identify and avoid triggers or irritants specific to your skin condition, such as certain fabrics, detergents, or skincare products.
• Practice stress-reduction techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises, as stress can exacerbate skin conditions.
• Refrain from scratching, which can worsen itching and cause further damage to the skin. 
• Protect your skin from the sun by using sunscreen, wearing protective clothing, and avoiding excessive sun exposure, as UV radiation can aggravate many skin conditions.
