• Dill Oil (often included in such formulations): Known for its carminative properties, Dill Oil helps soothe the digestive system, reduces bloating and promotes the elimination of excess gas. It also supports overall gut health by calming intestinal muscles.
   
• Fennel Extract: Frequently included in anti-bloating formulations, fennel extract helps digestion and reduces symptoms of bloating and gas. It works by relaxing intestinal muscles and stimulating the release of trapped gas.
