• Paracetamol: It acts as an antipyretic and analgesic by blocking prostaglandin production and promoting heat loss. • Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. Always decide the dose by the body weight of the child. Do not take this medicine for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor. 

Dosage:                                  

• 10 to 13 kg, take 3 to 4 ml every 4-6 hours as required (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
• 13 to 16 kg, take 4 to 5 ml every 4 to 6 hours as required (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
• 16 to 20 kg, take 5 to 6 ml every 4 to 6 hours as required (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
• 20 to 25 kg, take 6 to 8 ml every 4 to 6 hours as required (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
• 25 to 32 kg, take 8 to 10 ml every 4 to 6 hours as required (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
• 32 to 40 kg, take 10 to 13 ml every 4 to 6 hours as required (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
• 40 to 45 kg, take 13 to 14 ml every 4 to 6 hours as required (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).

• Read the label carefully before use.
• Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
• Keep away from direct sunlight. 
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Not recommended for children under 1 month. 
• For children under 3 months, if fever persists for more than 24 hours (4 doses) seek medical advice. This is to ensure that fever that may be due to a serious infection is quickly diagnosed.
• Use a measuring cup available with the pack to measure the accurate dose.
• Use the smallest dose that you need to reduce your symptoms and use the medicine for the shortest period of time necessary.
