How Diclobenz Gel 30gm Works?
Diclobenz 1% Gel contains cyclobenzaprine, diclofenac diethylamine, methyl salicylate, menthol, and linseed oil. Muscle relaxants such as cyclobenzaprine are used. It operates on the brain and spinal cord's centres to reduce muscle stiffness and spasms without compromising strength. This reduces muscle discomfort and enhances movement. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as diclofenac diethylamine act by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that induce pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Topical analgesics include Methyl Salicylate and Menthol (pain relievers). They function by chilling and then warming the skin. This cooling and warming activity disrupts the passage of pain signals across nerves. Linseed Oil's anti-inflammatory qualities help to reduce swelling.
