Doxycycline Capsule is commonly used to manage the following:

• Infections of the respiratory tract, including pneumonia, bronchitis, and sinusitis

• Urinary tract infections such as cystitis and urethritis

• Skin and soft tissue infections, for example, acne and rosacea

• Eye infections

• Sexually transmitted diseases, including chlamydia, syphilis, and gonorrhoea

• Rickettsial infections like typhus and Rocky Mountain spotted fever

• Prophylaxis or prevention of malaria

Here's how you should take Doxycycline Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.

• It's better not to crush or chew the capsule.

• You should take it at least one hour before or two hours after a meal.

• Make sure you're in an upright position while taking this medicine, and avoid lying down for at least 10 minutes after.

• Store Doxycycline Capsule in a tightly sealed container at room temperature, ideally between 15-30°C.

• Protect it from light and moisture to maintain its efficacy.

• Keep the medicine out of sight and reach of children for safety.

• Always check the expiry date before use; discard if past its expiry date.
