Dulcoflex Tablet 10

The Dulcoflex Tablet is used in: 

• Management of constipation
• Preparing for diagnostic procedures, assisting in pre-and postoperative care, and aiding in conditions where easier defecation is needed

• When taking the tablet, swallow it whole without crushing or breaking it. 
• Taking one tablet at night is recommended, which will help you have a bowel movement the following morning. 

Dulcoflex Tablet is taken orally.

Dulcoflex Tablet contains the following:

• Bisacodyl (5 mg): It is a stimulant laxative. Once inside the cells, bisacodyl stimulates specific receptors called "adenylate cyclase" on the cell surface. This activation increases the levels of a molecule called cyclic AMP (cAMP) within the cells. Elevated cAMP levels trigger events that result in the contraction of the intestinal muscles.
• As a result of these muscle contractions, the movement of stool through the intestines is accelerated, and the bowel muscles push the stool toward the rectum. This process helps to soften the stool and make it easier to pass, relieving constipation.

• Dulcoflex Tablet should be stored at room temperature at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Include fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains in your meals.
• Drink an adequate amount of water and fluids throughout the day.
• Engage in physical activity to promote digestion.
• Include fibre-rich foods like whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, fruits, and vegetables.
• Make time to empty your bowels when needed for optimal digestive health.
