Febrex Syrup 60ml is used for relieving fever and pain in children. It is formulated with Paracetamol (acetaminophen) as its active ingredient. Paracetamol works by inhibiting the release of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for causing pain and fever in the body. This syrup provides effective relief from conditions such as headaches, toothaches and symptoms associated with the common cold. 

• Paracetamol: Paracetamol is a widely used analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
