Fepanil 250 Banana Flavour Suspension 60ml is used for managing mild fever. It works to help reduce discomfort associated with fever and back pain, offering relief and supporting overall well-being. The soothing banana flavour makes it more pleasant to consume, making it a convenient option for managing cold symptoms and promoting comfort during illness.  

• Paracetamol: Paracetamol is a commonly used medication known for its ability to help relieve pain and reduce fever. It works by influencing the body's chemical processes that signal pain and regulate temperature. Paracetamol is often used to manage mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, and toothaches, as well as to alleviate symptoms of colds and flu, including fever.

• Infants 3 months to 12 years, 10 to 15 mg/kg/dose three to four times a day or as directed by the physician.
• The maximum daily dose is not to exceed 60 mg/kg in divided doses per day.

• Shake well before use. 
• Taking more than the daily dose of paracetamol may cause serious liver damage or even death.
• Stop taking and consult a doctor if you experience any of the symptoms such as skin rash, itching, or hives, swelling of the face, mouth, and throat, or difficulty breathing.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed.
• Keep it out of reach of children. 
• Protect from temperatures not exceeding 30°Celsius.
