• For steam inhalation, add 2-5 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapours deeply.

• To ensure a comfortable sleep, sprinkle a few drops on your pillow or a tissue.

• During the daytime, put a few drops on a handkerchief or scarf and inhale as needed.

• This medicine is meant only for inhalation and should not be ingested. If you mistakenly ingest it, consult your doctor immediately.

• Menthol (25%): An active compound in mint oils that provides a cooling effect to relieve nasal stuffiness.

• Cinnamon Oil (4.2%): Derived from cinnamon bark, it has anti-inflammatory effects that help suppress coughs and relieve respiratory discomfort.

• Terpineol (12.5%): A fragrant monoterpene alcohol with antioxidant properties that work in synergy with the other oils.

• Pine Bark Extract (21%): Rich in antioxidant compounds called proanthocyanidins which have anti-inflammatory benefits.

• Eucalyptus Oil (21%): This contains cineole which has mucolytic, and bronchodilating properties that help clear airways.
