• Apply Knoll Sun Screen Lotion liberally and evenly on the face and exposed parts of the body (neck, arms, legs, etc.) at least 20 minutes before exposure to the sun. 
• Use it as the last step of your AM skincare routine.
• Spread two fingers' worth of sunscreen on your face and neck. Massage until absorbed.
• Use daily for maximum sun protection. 
• Re-apply frequently. 
• For sun-sensitive skin, apply every two hours.
• There is no recommended dosage for children below 6 months of age except under the direction of the doctor.
