Livogen Xt Tablet 10

Livogen-XT Tablet is used in:

• Treatment of iron deficiency anaemia

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it without food, but it is recommended to take it at a fixed daily time for better results.

Livogen-XT Tablet is taken orally. 

Livogen-XT Tablet contains the following ingredients:

• Ferrous Ascorbate (100 mg): Ferrous ascorbate contains iron in a form easily absorbed by the body. Iron is an important component of haemoglobin. It helps produce new red blood cells, combating iron-deficiency anaemia.
• Folic Acid (1.5 mg): Folic acid is crucial for DNA synthesis and repair. It plays a climactic role in the formation of red blood cells. Deficiency can lead to megaloblastic anaemia, characterised by fewer but larger red blood cells.
• Zinc Sulphate (22.5 mg): Zinc is an essential trace element for overall health. It supports the immune system and helps in wound healing. Zinc deficiency can lead to anaemia and impaired immune function.

• Livogen-XT Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Opt for plain, non-spicy meals to prevent stomach issues or heartburn. Simplicity is critical for digestive comfort.
• Include beneficial fats in your diet for sustained energy throughout the day—Prioritise options like olive oil, peanut oil, and corn oil. However, be mindful of fats that contribute to weight gain.
• Combat anaemia by incorporating foods rich in vitamin B12, iron, and folic acid into your diet. These nutrients help address deficiencies associated with anaemia.
• Promote digestive health by consuming fibre-rich foods like vegetables, fresh fruits, and whole grains. Don't forget to stay well-hydrated with plenty of water to prevent constipation.
