• Other Laxatives: When given with other laxatives, Livoluk Kid Syrup may enhance their laxative effect. This could lead to diarrhoea and electrolyte imbalance.

• Oral Medications: If your child is on any other oral medications, ensure a gap of at least 2 hours before or after administering Livoluk Kid Syrup. This is because it may interfere with the absorption of these medications.

No specific food interactions have been reported with Livoluk Kid Syrup. It can be mixed with water, juice or milk to improve taste.

Livoluk Kid Syrup interacts with the following diseases:

• Diabetes: As Livoluk Kid contains sugars like galactose and lactose, it should be used cautiously in children with diabetes.

• Galactosemia: Children suffering from this rare genetic disorder should not be given this medication as it contains galactose.

• Intestinal Obstruction: This medicine isn’t suitable for children with any blockage in their intestines as it can worsen the condition.

• Digestive Perforation: Any condition that has led to a hole or tear in your child's stomach or intestine is a contraindication for use of this medicine.

The daily dosage of Livoluk Kid Syrup should be given to your child as instructed by your doctor. The dosage may vary based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and how well your child responds to the medicine. Not following the prescribed dosage might lead to complications. Always consult your doctor before changing the dosage.
