• Grapefruit Juice: This fruit juice can interfere with how Longifene-DS Syrup is metabolised in your body, potentially leading to increased levels of the medicine in your blood.

Longifene-DS Syrup interacts with the following diseases:

• Angle-Closure Glaucoma: The anticholinergic effects of Longifene-DS Syrup may increase pressure within your eyes, exacerbating this condition.

• Urinary Retention: Patients with urinary retention should use caution as Longifene-DS Syrup may worsen this condition due to its anticholinergic activity.

• Enlarged Prostate (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia): The anticholinergic properties of Longifene-DS Syrup can lead to difficulty in urinating, worsening this condition.

• Liver Disease: As Buclizine is extensively metabolised in the liver, patients with liver disease need to use caution when taking Longifene-DS Syrup.
