Lubrex-DS Eye Drops are used for managing the following conditions:

Here's how you should use Lubrex-DS Eye Drops:

• Begin by washing your hands thoroughly.

• Tilt your head back and gently pull down your lower eyelid.

• Position the bottle vertically above your eye and gently squeeze it to instil few drops. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface.

• Close your eye slowly and blink a few times which allows the solution to spread across your eye.

• Wipe off any excess solution with a clean tissue and ensure to replace the cap tightly on the bottle.

• If you're a contact lens wearer, remember to remove them before using these drops and wait for at least 15 minutes before reinserting them. Always consult your doctor for specific advice.

Lubrex-DS Eye Drops contain two active ingredients that work together:

• Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium (1%): This cellulose derivative acts as a lubricant on the eye surface. Its high viscosity allows it to form a coating over your eye, which binds water and stabilises your tear film, reducing tear evaporation. The retention time of the eye drops is thus prolonged.

• Oxychloro Complex (0.0075%): Known for its antiseptic properties, this component forms a protective layer on the ocular surface, protecting it against microbial contamination. It also enhances the spreading of the solution across your eye and improves its retention time.

  The combined action of these components ensures that Lubrex-DS Eye Drops effectively lubricate and protect your eyes while providing comfort and relief from dryness and irritation.

• Store Lubrex-DS Eye Drops in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

• Maintain an optimum temperature between 15°C to 25°C.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use to avoid contamination.

• If you wear contact lenses and use Lubrex-DS Eye Drops for dry eyes, consider reducing your lens-wearing hours to give your eyes some rest and reduce irritation.
