Mychiro Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a disorder causing hormonal imbalances and reproductive issues in women.

• Regulating menstrual cycles and promoting ovulation in women with irregular cycles.

• Lowering insulin resistance and improving glucose metabolism in women with PCOS.

• Reducing high levels of male hormones known as androgens, alleviating symptoms such as hirsutism (excessive hair growth) and acne.

• Enhancing egg quality, thus increasing the chances of pregnancy in women with PCOS.

• Assisting with other menstrual disorders, like oligomenorrhoea (infrequent menstrual periods) or amenorrhoea (absence of menstrual periods).

Here are the steps to follow when taking Mychiro Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush or chew it.

• Take it preferably with meals to enhance absorption.

• Always use a full glass of water to swallow the tablet.

• Stick to the dose recommended by your doctor. Do not increase or reduce it on your own.

• It's crucial not to suddenly stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Mychiro Tablet is taken orally.

Mychiro Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Myo-inositol (550 mg): This component plays a crucial role in regulating glucose metabolism and insulin signalling. It helps reduce insulin resistance by enhancing insulin sensitivity in target tissues. Additionally, it supports oocyte development and maturation which improves egg quality and promotes ovulation.

• D-chiro-inositol (150 mg): This is a less abundant form of inositol, derived from myo-inositol through an insulin-dependent process. It functions as a secondary messenger in the insulin signalling pathway which further enhances insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake. D-chiro-inositol also contributes to reducing androgen levels and improving ovarian function.

• Store Mychiro Tablet in a cool dry place, ideally at room temperature between 15-30 degrees Celsius.

• Avoid exposure to direct sun, heat, and moisture.

• Keep the medicine securely out of reach from children and pets.

• Make sure to use the medicine before the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• If you are managing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with Mychiro Tablet, try to include more fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains in your diet. These foods can help improve insulin sensitivity.

• Regular physical activity such as walking or cycling can also help manage insulin resistance, a common feature of PCOS. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week.
