• Shake the bottle gently before use.
• Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
• Insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other nostril.
• Press the spray pump while inhaling deeply through the nose and spray 2 to 3 puffs into each nostril.
• Repeat for the other nostril if required.
• Use as directed, typically once every 12 hours, and do not exceed three consecutive days of use without medical advice.

• Avoid sharing the spray with others to avoid contamination.
