For Spray:

• Clean your nose gently with a tissue.
• Tilt your head slightly forward in an upright posture.
• Insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray once while inhaling gently.
• Repeat for the other nostril.

For Drops:

• Clean your nose gently with a tissue.
• Tilt your head back or lie down with your head tilted backwards.
• Instil 1-2 drops in each nostril and allow time for absorption.
• Replace the cap tightly after use.
• Use 2-3 times per day as needed.
