• For first-time use, six sprays in the air before taking a dose.
• For routine use, two sprays in the air before taking a dose
• One spray in the right nostril while holding your breath.
• One spray in the left nostril while holding your breath.
• To manage Vitamin B12 deficiency, instil one spray in each nostril on alternate days for two weeks (a total of seven doses). Thereafter, for maintenance, instil one spray in each nostril once a week for four weeks.
