Nasowash Starter Kit Sachet 7.8gm is used for supporting respiratory health. This product is infused with essential ingredients which may help in managing nasal congestion. It is in a powder form which can be easily dissolved in water. The ingredients in this Nasowash may help in moisturising nasal passage and reduces the mucous. Additionally, it may help in managing allergies and mild symptoms associated with sinusitis. 

• Sodium Chloride: Sodium chloride, commonly known as salt, is the key ingredient in Nasowash solutions. It helps support the nasal passages by creating a saline environment that can assist in loosening mucus, reducing congestion and clearing out allergens or irritants. This may help in managing mild symptoms of colds, allergies and sinus infections. The isotonic nature of the solution helps gently moisturise the nasal passages, manages dryness and maintains the natural balance of the nasal lining.
   
• Xylitol:  It is a naturally occurring compound known for its anti-microbial properties and are added to nasal wash products. It may help in managing nasal congestion and may clear the sinuses.

• Pour the entire contents of one Nasowash sachet into the Nasowash squeeze bottle.
• Fill the bottle with previously boiled, lukewarm water up to the 200 ml mark as directed by your physician. Avoid using boiling water.
• Screw on the cap and gently shake the bottle until the powder dissolves completely.
• Lean forward or bend over a basin and place the tip gently inside one nostril. Keep your mouth open and gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing action.
• Allow half of the solution to wash through the nasal passages and sinus cavity and come out of the other nostril. Repeat steps 4 and 5 in the other nostril.
• As prescribed by the physician.
