Nulcer MPS Sugar-Free Suspension 170ml is used for managing acidity, stomach ulcers, bloating and gas. It is formulated with a combination of Magaldrate (400mg) and Simethicone (60mg), which work together to neutralise excess stomach acid and help ease the passage of gas, providing relief from discomfort caused by conditions like heartburn, indigestion and bloating.
