Osil Cream 30gm is used for managing the pain related to piles (haemorrhoids). It is formulated with key ingredients such as Calcium Dobesilate, Hydrocortisone, Lidocaine and Allantoin to provide relief from symptoms like pain, itching, swelling and discomfort during bowel movements. This topical cream helps reduce inflammation, promote healing and alleviate discomfort in the affected area. It should be applied as directed by a healthcare professional to the clean and dry affected area for effective results. Temporary side effects like mild irritation or burning may occur but usually resolve on their own. Avoid contact with eyes, nose or mouth.

• Calcium Dobesilate (0.5% w/w): A vasoprotective agent that helps reduce inflammation, swelling and bleeding associated with piles (haemorrhoids). It helps improve blood circulation and strengthens blood vessel walls.
   
• Hydrocortisone Acetate (0.25% w/w): A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching and discomfort by suppressing immune responses that contribute to the swelling and irritation of haemorrhoids.
