Otrivin Adult Nasal Spray 10ml is used for providing effective relief from nasal congestion caused by allergies, sinusitis, colds, and flu. It is a fast-acting nasal decongestant formula. It starts working in 25 seconds, offering instant relief and long-lasting action for up to 12 hours. Enriched with Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride, this nasal spray narrows the swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing excessive mucus production and easing nasal blockage. Its unique formula helps clear a stuffy nose and supports improved airflow for comfortable breathing. This nasal spray is convenient for adults and children above 12 years. • Clean your nose.
• Remove the bottle cap.
• Lean slightly forward and insert the nozzle into a nostril.
• Squeeze the bottle hard in the centre once and breathe in gently simultaneously.
• Remove the nozzle before releasing the pressure on the bottle.
• Repeat for the other nostril.
• Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the cap.
• Only one person should use the spray to avoid the possible spread of infection.
• For adults and children aged 12 years or more, one spray into each nostril, one to two times daily, as needed.
• Do not exceed two daily applications of Otrivin Oxy into each nostril.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children. 
• Store in tightly closed containers.
• Do not use a pack if the cap seal is broken on the bottle.
• Close the bottle tightly after use.
• Otrivin Oxy Fast relief should not be used for more than 10 consecutive days.
