Potrate-MB6 Solution can interact with medications, including:

• Diuretics such as thiazide and furosemide. The concomitant use can lead to increased potassium levels. 
• Anticholinergics such as diphenhydramine can increase the gastrointestinal irritation produced by potassium salts.
• Antiarrhythmics such as quinidine and its derivatives. The concomitant use can reduce the absorption of this solution.
• Medicine used to treat Wilson's disease, such as penicillamine. The concomitant use can reduce the absorption of this solution.
• Antibiotics such as tetracycline, nitrofurantoin, and nitroxoline. The concomitant use can reduce the absorption of this solution.
• Medicines used to treat osteoporosis such as bisphosphonates. The concomitant use can reduce the absorption of this solution.
• Medicines used to correct bleeding deficiency such as eltrombopag. The concomitant use can reduce the absorption of this solution.

Potrate-MB6 Solution can interact with diseases, including:

• Peptic ulcers: This solution may increase the risk of gastric/ peptic ulcers and gastrointestinal bleeding.
• Hyperkalemia (high potassium levels in the blood): A further increase in blood potassium concentration may produce cardiac arrest.
• Severe kidney dysfunction: This solution may impair potassium excretion, worsening the existing condition.
• Active urinary tract infection: This solution might promote further bacterial growth. 
• Anuria or no urine formation: This solution may worsen the condition.
• Untreated Addison’s disease: This solution may increase the potassium levels and cause adrenal insufficiency.
• Heat cramps: This solution may worsen the condition.
• Acute dehydration: Administration of this solution in severe dehydration may increase the risk of kidney impairment.
• Adynamia episodica hereditaria (a rare disorder characterised by episodic attacks of muscle weakness): This solution may cause low potassium levels and worsen the condition.

Take the daily dose of Potrate-MB6 Solution as directed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.

If you take excessive Potrate-MB6 Solution by accident, you may experience hyperkalemia, which is usually asymptomatic.

If you forgot to take Potrate-MB6 Solution, take it as soon as you remember. If the time for the next dosage is close, it is recommended to skip the missed one now and resume your regular dosage pattern. Never increase your dosage without consulting your doctor.
