Sfe Tablet is used to treat nutritional anaemias, as well as megaloblastic anaemias caused by folic acid insufficiency, Vitamin b12 deficiency, Pernicious anaemia, and other disorders.
Sfe Tablet can be taken with or without food. To get the most out of it, take it on a daily basis at the same time. Do not break, chew, or crush it; instead, take it as a whole oses you require. Eating a well-balanced diet rich in folic acid, iron, vitamins, and minerals may be beneficial.
Sfe Tablet is used in the treatment of vitamin b12 deficiency.
Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and duration of Sfe Tablet. Take it all in at once. It should not be chewed, crushed, or broken. Sfe Tablet can be taken with or without food, however, it's best if you take it at the same time every day.

Adverse Effects of Sfe Tablet
SFE Tablet contains Sodium feredetate, Vitamin B12, and Folic acid in it. The iron in sodium feredetate is mixed with a chemical called EDTA to make sodium feredetate, which has a lot of iron in it. This is not an iron salt. This is a form of iron that has been joined together. It breaks down in the gut and releases the iron, which the body then takes in. This form of iron is less likely to make you sick or change the colour of your teeth than iron supplements that have iron salts in them, like ferrous sulphate. Folic acid is important for a wide range of bodily functions, from the production of nucleotides to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially important during times when cells divide and grow quickly. Both children and adults need folic acid to make healthy red blood cells and avoid anaemia.
