Systane Hydration Eye Drops 10ml

Systane Lubricant Eye Drops are used in the treatment of:

• Dry eyes

• Systane Lubricant Eye Drops are meant for topical ophthalmic use.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before using the eye drops.
• Tilt your head backward and gently pull down the lower eyelid until there is a small pocket. 
• Turn the bottle upside down and gently squeeze a drop into the eye. Let go of the lower lid, and blink slowly to spread the eye drop across the eye's surface. Repeat the same for the other eye, if it also needs to be treated.
• If a drop misses your eye, try again. 
• Do not touch the tip of the dropper. 
• In case you are using more than one eye drops, wait for 5-10 minutes between their application. 

Systane Lubricant Eye Drops should be only used for the eyes. 

Systane Lubricant Eye Drops contain the following components:

• Polyethylene glycol (0.4% w/v): It is an ocular lubricant that acts as a surfactant by coating the eye.
• Polypropylene glycol (0.3% w/v): It is an ocular lubricant that also acts as a surfactant by coating the eye.
• Sodium hyaluronate (0.15% w/v): It is a lubricant that holds the water molecules in the tears, which helps to keep the eyeball moist which helps to keep the eyeball lubricated.

• Systane Lubricant Eye Drops should be stored at room temperature (below 25ºC).
• Do not freeze this medicine. 
• Keep the container tightly closed to avoid contamination. 
• Keep the eye drops away from children's reach.
• Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date.
• After opening the eye drops, do not use them for more than 90 days. To help you remember, write down the date you opened it in the space provided on the carton.

• Wash your eyes with clean water to avoid contamination of eyes. 
• Avoid using contact lenses while using these eye drops.
• Don't touch your eyes with dirty hands as it may contaminate your eyes.
