Accurex Benecheck Uric Acid Test Strips 25 is used for measuring uric acid levels in the body. Multi Monitoring Benecheck strips (Pack of 25 strips) (Uric Acid Monitoring Strips) are used for measuring uric acid levels in capillary whole blood. These Accurex Uric acid test strips are individually sealed in air-tight foil packets to protect against light & moisture for maximum storage life. Each box of 25 individual strips comes with its own code chip which fits in the Benecheck meter. This code chip is calibrated to each box of strips, ensuring maximum testing accuracy. The meter can be used by laypersons or healthcare professionals. 

• Cellulose (Wetting agent): Cellulose, a naturally occurring polysaccharide derived from plant cell walls, is commonly used as a wetting agent in various formulations. It helps improve the dispersibility and uniformity of ingredients by enhancing their ability to blend with liquids. 
   
• Other ingredients: buffer, surfactant, etc, ≥ 0.01 mq.

• Electrochemical biosensor technology:Electrochemical biosensor technology is a highly precise and efficient method employed in uric acid test strips to measure uric acid levels in the body. This technology relies on a biochemical reaction facilitated by enzymes, typically uricase, present on the strip. When a small drop of blood is applied, the uricase catalyses the oxidation of uric acid, producing an electroactive byproduct. The biosensor detects this reaction as an electrical signal which is directly proportional to the concentration of uric acid in the sample. The results are then displayed digitally, offering quick and reliable readings. This approach ensures ease of use, making it ideal for monitoring uric acid levels at home or in clinical settings.

• Installing/ Replacing the Batteries.
• This meter uses a CR2032 battery. 
• Please remove the plastic tab under the battery before using.
• Set the Date and Time, Press Back Setting Button (3 secs) → One “Beep” Sound → Setting Mode → Turn
• Off Automatically after Setting.
• Code the Meter, code your meter when you first use it or open a new vial of strips.
• Make sure the meter is off before you insert the code strip.
• Make sure the codes on the screen, code strip and strip vial label are the same.
• Materials you need to perform a test, BeneCheck Meter/ BeneCheck Test Strip/ Lancing Device/ Lancets/ Tissue or Cotton Ball with
• 75% Ethanol or Disinfection Wipes
• Perform the Test, wash and clean your hands with disinfection wipes and make sure your hands are dry before testing.

• Store the strips within 4-30° C (39-86° F), use within 3 months after first opened.
• Handle the strips with a dry and clean hand.
• Recap the strip vial immediately after use if applicable.
• Use the strip immediately after taking it out from the vial or the foil pack.
• Do not use expired strips. It may cause false results.
• Do not expose the strips under sunlight, heat or a humid environment.
• Do not repack, change vial or the foil pack, refrigerate or freeze the strips.
• Do not bend, cut or fold the strips.
• Please follow local regulations to discard used test strips and lancets.
• Used test strips, lancets and any other material that has been in contact
• with blood should be treated as potential biohazards.
• If user has infectious disease, the used test materials could be sources of infection.
• Lancets cannot be reused.
• Always use certified lancets to ensure safety.
