• Remove the dust cap from the inhaler.
• Sit up straight or stand and tilt your head back slightly.
• Breathe out completely, away from the Air Space.

• Remove the Air Space and close your mouth. Hold your breath for 10 seconds or as long as comfortable, then breathe out slowly.
