Autrin XT Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing deficiencies of vitamin B12, iron, zinc, and folic acid

• Supporting healthy red blood cell formation and function

• Aiding in the management of anaemia caused by nutrient deficiencies

• Preventing neural tube defects for healthy pregnancy outcomes

• Boosting immune function and supporting the wound-healing process

• Promoting normal growth and development

Follow these instructions while taking Autrin XT Tablet:

Autrin XT Tablet is taken orally.

Autrin XT Tablet consists of several active ingredients that work together:

• Cyanocobalamin (15 MCG): Also known as vitamin B12, it is essential for the formation of red blood cells, neurological function, and DNA synthesis. It also helps metabolise fatty acids and amino acids.

• Elemental Iron (100 MG): This is necessary for the production of haemoglobin which carries oxygen in red blood cells. Iron plays a crucial role in energy production, immune function, and cognitive development.

• Elemental Zinc (22.5 MG): This element plays a vital role in immune function, wound healing, protein synthesis, DNA synthesis, and cell division. Zinc supports normal growth and development during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence.

• Folic Acid (1.5 MG): This is required for the synthesis, repair, and functioning of DNA. It plays a critical role in red blood cell formation and helps prevent neural tube defects during foetal development.

• Store Autrin XT Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.

• Keep these tablets away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

• Ensure the container is tightly closed to prevent air exposure.

• Remember to keep this medicine out of the reach of children.

• Always ensure you use the tablets before their expiry date.

• To enhance iron absorption, consume your Autrin XT Tablet with vitamin C-rich foods like oranges or strawberries. Avoid taking it with milk, dairy products, tea or coffee as they may reduce iron absorption.

• For those with anaemia due to nutrient deficiencies, consuming a diet rich in iron like spinach, lentils and whole grains can help manage your condition. Regular exercise can also improve your overall health and energy levels.
