B Tex White Ointment 8 gm is used for promoting the natural healing of eczema, ringworm, itches, cold cracks and pimples. This Ayurvedic ointment combines the benefits of Salicylic Acid, Tankan Amla, Kapoor (Camphor) and Paraffin Base, each known for their soothing, antiseptic and exfoliating properties. It helps support the skin’s natural healing process, offering relief from inflammation and irritation. Suitable for various skin conditions, this ointment nourishes and hydrates while promoting healthier skin.

• Salicylic Acid RS (10%): Salicylic Acid is a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) commonly used in skincare for its ability to exfoliate the skin by breaking down dead skin cells and other debris that may clog pores. It also helps reduce inflammation, making it beneficial for conditions like acne and pimples. In this formulation, it is present at a concentration of 10%, helping to promote clearer, smoother skin.
   
• Tankan Amla AB (10%): Tankan is the Ayurvedic term for Borax, a mineral compound with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Amla, also known as Indian Gooseberry, is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which help rejuvenate the skin and fight oxidative stress. Together, Tankan and Amla in this formulation work to soothe irritated skin, support healthy skin cell growth and provide relief from inflammation.
   
• Kapoor AB (1%): Kapoor, or Camphor, is an ingredient known for its antiseptic, anaesthetic and anti-pruritic properties. It helps calm inflammation and irritation, making it effective in managing minor skin conditions like acne, rashes and itching. At a concentration of 1%, Kapoor supports the healing process by soothing affected skin and reducing discomfort.
   
• Other Ingredients: Paraffin base.

• Supports the Healing of Cold Cracks: The Paraffin Base acts as a moisturising agent, locking in hydration and forming a barrier that helps stop further dryness, while Salicylic Acid helps gently exfoliate damaged skin, promoting the healing of cold cracks and dry, cracked areas.
   
• Acne and Pimples: Salicylic acid works effectively to unclog pores and exfoliate the skin, reducing the occurrence of acne and pimples. The antiseptic properties of Kapoor and Tankan Amla also help stop the growth of bacteria, supporting clearer, healthier skin.

• Clean the affected area with lukewarm water and an antiseptic-like spirit.
• Apply a small amount of B-Tex White Ointment to the affected skin.
• Gently massage the ointment into the skin until absorbed.
• For tender skin, especially in children, dilute with vegetable oil before application.
• Repeat 1-2 times a day or as directed by a healthcare professional.
