There are several different forms of Carel Solution 60ml, including lotion, ointment, and soap. Your doctor will choose the most appropriate dose for your particular infection. Carel Solution 60mL is intended for topical (skin) application alone. If any of the drug gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth, flush them out with cold water very away and get medical attention. Carel Solution 60ml should be applied after rinsing the afflicted region gently with saline or water and before applying the lotion or cream. Using a clean cotton towel, pat the skin to remove excess moisture. Apply a generous amount of Carel Solution 60ml to the affected regions of the skin and distribute it evenly with clean and dry hands to form a 1/8-inch thick layer on top of the skin. Carel Solution 60ml can also be applied using a piece of clean cotton wool or a gauze swab, if desired. Before and after applying Carel Solution 60ml to the affected regions, make sure to wash your hands well, unless the treatment is for hands. Lather the soap or shampoo into a good lather in your palms and apply it to the affected regions with your fingers. Gently massage in circular motions for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Carel Solution 60ml is composed of Salicylic acid (a peeling agent) and Coal Tar (a drying agent) (keratoplastic). It is employed in the treatment of psoriasis and the control of seborrheic dermatitis (scaly patches and red skin on the scalp). Salicylic acid is a keratolytic medicine that increases moisture in the skin and dissolves the substance that causes the skin cells to stick together, thereby breaking down clumps of keratin (hair protein), removing dead skin cells, and softening the skin. It is used to treat acne and other skin conditions. It also has anti-inflammatory and topical antibacterial properties, making it useful in the treatment of acne, dandruff, seborrhea (scaly patches and red skin primarily on the scalp), as well as the removal of corns and calluses. Columbine tar is an anti-itching and anti-scaling chemical that works by thickening the keratin layers in the skin, causing dead cells to shed from the top layer and slowing down the formation of new skin cells.
