Colgate PerioGard Toothpaste is used for addressing gum problems, providing superior protection against plaque build-up and bad breath. This scientifically proven formula features 2% zinc citrate and fluoride, which work together to maintain gum health and manage issues such as gum bleeding. 

• Zinc Citrate: It is a powerful ingredient known for its ability to reduce the bacteria that cause gum problems. It helps manage the formation of plaque, which is a major contributor to gum problems and bad breath. By controlling bacteria, zinc citrate also helps reduce gum inflammation, supporting overall gum health.
   
• Sodium Monofluorophosphate (Fluoride): This form of fluoride is well-known for its ability to strengthen tooth enamel, making teeth more resistant to decay and managing cavities. Fluoride helps in the remineralisation of weakened enamel, helping to reverse the early stages of tooth decay.

• Apply at least an inch strip of the toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by the dentist.
• Make sure to brush all the sensitive areas of the teeth.
• Avoid swallowing the toothpaste.
