• Sodium Fluoride: It helps protect from tooth decay and reduces gum and tooth sensitivity. Fluoride helps to strengthen teeth and protect against cavities.
   
• Hydrated Silica: It works as a whitening abrasive to get rid of food particles, stains and plaque. 
   
• Glycerin: It helps to keep your mouth moisturised and retains moisture to stop toothpaste from drying out.

• Apply at least an inch strip of this toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening) and not more than three times a day or as recommended by the dentist.
