About Fericip Xt Suspension 150ml

Fericip XT Suspension 150 ml belongs to the 'haematinics' class of drugs, which are generally used to treat anaemia (deficiency of iron and haemoglobin). Its deficiency is caused by a poor diet, inadequate food absorption, or increased folate consumption in the body (in pregnancy). Anaemia is a disorder in which the body's red blood cells are insufficient to carry enough oxygen to all of the body's tissues. Fericip XT Suspension 150 ml is made up of two drugs: Elemental Iron and Folic Acid. The delivery of oxygen throughout the body and the creation of red blood cells are both aided by the element iron. Folic acid acts by increasing the body's production of red blood cells (RBC). Fericip XT Suspension 150 ml is used to treat anaemia.
